exhaust manifold gasket

Best exhaust manifold gasket? Is two layer sheet steel riveted together or the composition with steel inner best? What are pros and cons? I have both.

I've used the 4 layer on my GVR4 and the 2 layer on my Evo and they both seal well. Just make sure to clean the head and manifold mating surfaces well.
