anybody encountered a problem with freeze plug?

anybody who had problems already with freeze plug? its leaking a lot of coolant. tnx

 

They rust out over time. Just pop some new ones in and you're good to go for another 20 years.

 

What is your mixuture of coolant vs. water? Also what has the coldest low temp been in cerritos this year?

 

low temp in Cerritos lol. Probably 55f

 

Then I'd have you're right Zak. Rust is a mofo.

 

We don't get much cold out here. Cerritos is about 20 min from the beach. I've had plenty of freeze plugs rust out because of lack of maintenance with the cooling system.
