I just picked this up and it needs serious work, but I'm wondering if anyone other than the previous owner is on the the boards or know anything about number 1738.

1783/2000 was the second car and (as far as I know,) it was parted out / crushed two years ago

Yea...mine has a different vin than that one and doesn't show the signs of any of that mentioned damage.
