What is 4WD?
Four wheel drive, or in the actual case of the Galant VR4, it is all-wheel drive
What is 4WS?
Four wheel steer. There is a rear steering rack on the Galant VR4.
What is 4IS?
I am not sure of this. Does it apply to the VR4?
What is 4ABS?
Four wheel anti-lock braking system. Fairly normal, but in the early days of ABS, some vehicles had it only on one axle.
