The 3G master needs a brake line bent as well and the reservoir is VERY close to the strut tower. The 2G needs to be a V6. Also applicable are early 2000 Galants, Stratus', and Sebrings with the 6G72 but ALSO with the dual caliper brakes so you get the 1 1/16 master and not the similar to what we already have 1".

Evos work - however from the 7 onwards the clutch is also fed from the brake master cylinder, so one more port that you need. The Brembo equiped Evos (except the E5) and GTOs are 1/1/16" or 17/16" diametre if you prefer. The VR4 is less than 1", around 6/7" IIRC.
You can't use the brake boosters from Brembo Evos (8+9" IIRC - damn it!) but the master cylinder bolts right up. You may have some trouble accessing the reservoir if you have a front strut brace.
I personally have one from a 6.5 Tommy Mak /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/devil.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
