    It's a Shearer manifold. It's a afco scirocco style radiator that sits on the front frame rail.

    I would start with the coolant temp sensor.

    You can keep the stock fuel filter also. It flows great and is good for more hp than most here will make. Just run a line to it from the tank and from it to the rail.

    Why is it easier to heat wrap a 2in pipe? My 2.5in pipe from turbo to intercooler was heat wrapped ( which I recommend doing ). I can't say it was very hard. Took maybe 15 minutes.

    I'm pretty sure the differences are the compressor wheel, turbine housing and watstegate actuator. I'm possative the rotating assembly is not 2lbs lighter. That's not at all possible.

    I think you will have a problem getting that bolted in seeing as in a 2g 3 of the mounts are on the tranny, not the block.

    Is the 7 bolt block a 2g or a 1g block. 2g 7 bolts have only one mount on the engine and that the driver side mount. the other three are on the tranny. Unlike 1g and gvr4`s where they have the front rear mount on the block not the tranny.

    Nice mod. Looks like the same cup holders in the early evo's. Lack of a actual cup holder was one of my only real complaints I had with my galant. If I ever get another I will definitely do something like this.

    No gvr4's came with a 4bolt You need a 92-94 1g AWD to get the 4 bolt and any 1g AWD for the 5 lug hubs.

    You can but it should be recirculated. Venting it to atmosphere is allowing air that has been metered and is expected to go into the engine to escape out into the air instead.
