Certified Muffler is still up and running and even making GVR4 exhausts. Not active on social media, but if you call them up they'll get you setup.

Being internally gated you're going to be limited to positions that you can clock it. And I've always rotated the compressor cover. Loosen bolts, tap with a rubber mallet, rotate to desired position.

Any particular reason you're running the manifold spacer? I would have guessed the JMF manifold would provide sufficient space to bolt up most turbo's.

I had mine custom made. It mounts in similar fashion to the PS strut mount, but more forward of the JMFab one posted. It mounts using the rear most fuse box mount and a vertical hold on the strut tower above the brake line.

You can buy a new FP manifold for $175 direct from FP. It's part of their Holiday deals.

Aside from the unique factor why go with a forward facing manifold? There are plenty of guys in the single digits with their turbos in a standard mounted fashion.

The only Galant specific manifold I can think of is the top mount offering from JMFab. All others I've seen have been custom one off pieces.

Pretty simple really. As said ^ weld in another resonator/muffler. Maybe add in a cat if you don't have one.

On my last tb rebuild I used the MilSpec seals and they worked great for the few weeks I had 934 up and running.TB's.com is where I got mine from. I think JNZ also carries them.

Don't forget about the wastegate. The wastegate in the above pictures appears to be the Tial MVS which is about 1" shorter then the 2 bolt design.

This may work. The MVS has a lower profile compared to the standard 2 bolt 38mm wastegate.

Smack the lower control arm and not the actual ball joint. This method always works.

I don't think that's a valve, I think its carbon build up on the piston.

It appears as though we're looking down through the spark plug well and that would be the top of your piston.

I wish, I've kept it more for the novelty up to this point and in hopes of finding a switchable tranny. I've only seen a handful since 2005 and I wasn't in a position financially to jump on it. I believe that you can use it with a welded center diff, but may be mistaken.
