I have to get my car inspected and need to put the crash bar back on, but I don't have the brackets that bolt the bar to the frame anymore. Anyone have some they don't need?

I have the JDM bumper from this photo clicky with fog lights that have a yellow glass housing that surrounds the bulb. I couldn't avoid a branch in the road and it struck the left fog light, breaking the yellow housing off completely so now it just rattles around in the fog light assembly...

I saw that but I am guessing "Vinny Bulberino" isn't going to help when trying to order a new one.
