Anyone here done this in our chassis? I am wondering how you offset the alternator and which ribs you used, whether you swapped out the Saturn pulley or not, etc? I just did mine but want to make sure my configuration is optimal.

I am at my wits end about this. Everything looks ok but as soon as I make a 2nd gear pull, out goes the belt. The harmonic damper is not separated and both water pump and alternator pulleys are facing the right direction. Used two different belts with the same outcome. Loosening or tightening...

There is a third wire in that harness right next to the 2 leads to the alternator plug. What is it for? Mine has always been wrapped up.
