The lower threaded mounts are not aluminum they are steel, one reason I like them because you could easily remove the lower bushing from the factory assembly and weld it inbetween the two ears. I lowest I think you could get away with is +25mm with the right tire and chamber setting search 17x8 +25 to see the fitment.
