That's my old car, it was originally metallic grey but the body work needed some repairs and a respray so went for the matte black. Iv seen it around town a few times since selling it 3 years ago.

the black one is what has been nicknamed a vr4 evo 0 pretty much the RS engine and drive train minus the short gear ratio, and with all the normal vr4 interior

looking at the manifold it may have been made with some 3" alloy tube that has been cut down the middle then flat pieces added to give it more volume, I guess it depends on the thickness as to how much boost they can run and its strength

You can buy replacement seals they just fit in the sides remove the old ones with a screw driver or pry bar then fit the new ones.

I may be going the wrong way here but your JDM axles are for a plate lsd and you TEL ones are for a viscous LSD. The question is what is the ATS diff plate or viscous? and what did you order from DSS.From memory Nick nzvr4rs had a plate LSD as a factory option in his RS thats why his ATS...

Right beside where that x member bolts to the radiator support is a spot i use from memory it has so raised bits pressed into it have a look under the car and you should see it.

Sorry ment to say you also need to change the crown wheel over to the vr4 one

I'm running one on my car you have to have 4 bolt axles as the splines are a different size that goes into the pumpkin.

sweet cheers for that guys as soon as I saw it I thought the worst but by the looks of it its an easy enough job to do.from what I can gather I just undo the 4 bolts that hold the dampner on and it should pop off put the new one on and away I go

Has anybody else tried this yet?I have a hooked it up, and when I press the button the idle drops off yet when I bring the revs up nothing happens

Can you please post up the wire colurs ect to hook this up?
