Passenger Side Window Motor Slow

Has anyone replaced the window motor on their passenger side door? I pulled the door card off and it doesn't look fun to replace. The window rolls up and down fine but it's slow compared to the others. Curious if anyone has suggestions on replacing/fixing it?

Clean and re lube the tracks and check the electrical connections at the door and motor.
