Software Upgraded - Reset Your Password to Login
In order to log in after the forum software change, you need to reset your password. If you don't have access to the email address you used to register your GVR4.org account, you won't be able to reset your password. In that case, follow the instructions here to regain access to the forum.
Do I connect the purple wire of the ZT-2 to pin 4 of the ECU. I am wanting to delete the front o2 and run only one o2 sensor. This car is not daily driven
Yes, according to the installation manual here: Zeitronix ZT-2 Manual
the purple wire is the narrowband output, which is what you would want to use to simulate the stock O2 sensor.
Yes, that is the purpose of the narrowband output of a wideband O2 setup. It can't be used for anything except to emulate a stock narrowband O2 sensor input to the ECU.

What are opinions on the Zietronix? I've only been doing a little reading on widebands cause I've got a while before I'm ready to buy. Tried looking up the wideband shootout article but now it's subscription only. The Zietronix looks like a really good price for its functionality but of course accuracy is another question.
I have had my zeitronix for 5 years and have seen the company become very big in the wideband game. I originaly bought because they where a fellow DSMer's
