Does anyone know if they are available used or custom made?
I used to have a spare set but sold them on here a few years ago. What is wrong with yours? Perhaps if fittings are good, a local hose shop could make you some new versions. Metric fittings are more prevalent in the hydraulics world now. I think everything is 14 x 1.5 mm.

Looks like I have found a local shop that will create replacement parts, I will let the group know how it goes.
