i've thrown the towel in and found a guy who does mitsubishi work to take care of this for me. First time in years Im paying for any mechanic work other than putting tires on wheels for me...i guess it was a good enough stretch. it's kind of bittersweet that I couldn't get it to run on my own, but i also wanted a good chunk of the wiring and grounds to be cleaned up.
