Not with link, not sure about AEM, Motec, or others. Haven't seen it though since most systems connect through a usb or DB9 connector.

You can use any device you want, as long as it runs one of the OSs supported by ECMlink and has a USB port. It will only work as well as the device hardware allows, though.
