Finally got the timing issue fixed and the car now pulls hard with the boost set at only 10psi and drives great!

New paint (not the best but still nice) interior is clean and all original except for the 3 gauge A-piller pod with boost, oil pressure and water temp gauges. COLD A/C. Seats are in good shape and I just shampooed the carpet. Headliner is dirty but in good shape. Sunroof, windows and electronics including cruise control work. Speakers are 20 year old originals and could use replacing. I just installed a brand new tial wastegate and a manual boost controler also. It needs a new battery.
Will also trade for a street bike (triumph speed triple preferred) or a RWD V8 cars (LS swapped cars, T/A, camero...)
