Well after driving my car to work, I noticed steam coming out of my hood. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/uhh.gif I had noticed that my overflow has been slowly loosing coolant but I attributed it to the fact it was my first 100 miles and still drinking coolant.
I thought sh*t it might be my HG but when I checked, the temperature was smack in the middle. I popped open the hood and noticed that it isn't steaming from the engine but rather on the left hand side near the transmission. I checked the overflow and its almost dry.
My question is what could it possibly be? What is in that "area" and what a good way to find it? Since I am at work, I plan on just filling it with some DI water and getting it home. However its raining today so I might have to do it Saturday /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif I only drive the car to work possibly once a week anyway due to carpool.
Any ideas would be helpful.
