5 lug conversion

I have a 92 Galant VR4 and I want to put some evo wheels on it but our problem is the stock 4 lug hubs. What do I need to do/buy to get the set up im looking for? a detailed response would be much aprciated!

If you want to keep stock calipers i used 3000gt sl rotors
I had a 92 talon tsi parts car so it was pretty straight forward swap the hub assembly good time to put new wheel bearings in while its apart
for the rear i just swapped the complete subframe and rearend /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
