Just changed cables from a 1g dsm and right to left cable seems to long... I have it adjusted to the shortest length, what do I do?

The cables are the same length, the difference is the base for the shifter, and then the parts on the transmission that the cables hook up to, i cant remember what they are called. But there is a post in here that discusses it.
