I've only ever seen the factory Mitsubishi rear's for sale. Were factory front flaps ever manufactured?

I have seen multiple front flaps for the non-dohc Galants but NEVER for a VR4.

GS, GSR & GSX have molded in front splash guards due to not having the platic cladding under the doors on the rocker panel.
