WTB: bolt on turbo replacement or complete setup

I have a 91 vr4 with the stock turbo going out. Want something that i can do a bolt on replacement with. Open to buying just a bolt on turbo replacement up to a full complete setup / manifold ect . A complete setup that i wont have to go and source a bunch of parts would be ideal. Weighing my options. Car is all stock and would prefer a small street upgrade. Let me know what u got.
