WTB ASAP: Headlight/blinker combo switch

As the title states, looking for a headlight/blinker combo switch for #5. Mine took a poo on me last night, and I HAVE to drive early in the morning before the sin comes up, and at night when the sun is down. Not having funtional headlights isnt an option for me, unfortunately... I'm looking around locally as well, and will update the post as necessary if I find one around here.
