getting ready to send ecm to keydiver,posting pics of ecm boardto make sure it is ok.




this is a spare ecm i have. the board looks clean there is a sticker on it that it was rebuilt in june of 08.
 

Its hard to tell from those pictures, but it looks pretty clean, like someone got to those caps before they leaked real bad.

Yeah if you're having your ECU chipped and you have a Walbro 255 w/ afpr then I say have the ECU written for 600cc/min or even 650cc/min and then just use fuel pressure to get your AFR right. Even at 25psi, with a base pressure as high as 45psi, you're looking at a max fuel pressure of 70psi which is within what a rewired 255 can handle. RoadRace says that a Walbro flows 182lph at 73psi rewired. 650cc/min injectors will flow 156lph at 100% IDC so you still have plenty of room on that pump and you should be good for any variety of 16g. IMHO E316g > 18g anyway.
