what are the torqe specs on the main caps on a 6 bolt motor?

ok im looking for the specs for the main caps that hold down the crank ...the motor is from a 91 gvr4 ....my freind said that they are 14 lb +1/4 turn is this correct ???

 

They are like 47-49 lbs. They are not torque to yield like 2g mains.
