Vibration at 2.3k to 2.5k

Having a problem with a vibration at around 2.3 to 2.5k, it only happens at 9% throttle. if i let off or give it more gas it instantly goes way. I have a leaking transfer case that I have not filled in a bit if that could be the problem. Also noticed it get worse when I add wieght.

What is your balance shaft situation?

Had a problem with the balance shafts but got them lined up perfect now.

I have an SAFC and 550s and I leaned it out a bit and now it shakes a little less
