Turbo timer = no rad. fan

My radiator fan does not come on when the car is running on the turbo timer. It's not a stock fan. It's a 14" 2200cfm puller, but i've removed the resistor and it's just running off two of the fan wires. It runs fine when the ignition is on. Once i switch the ignition off and the turbo timer takes over, the fan WILL NOT run.

Has anyone else had this issue? Solution?

You used the wrong power source for the Fans.
