Tuning...

Alright I've searched through the forums a little bit and haven't been able to find this... I'm pretty useless when it comes to working on cars (slowly learning) but, luckily, I have a bunch of friends who are really into DSM and a bunch of friends who know a lot about cars in general. One of my buddies is helping me with tuning my GVR4 because it's running rich. I just want to know what the most popular way of pulling wideband O2 readings is on my car? Sorry for the stupid questions, as stated above: I'm useless.

Car is not stock... its got some tastey mods.

Right, Wideband O2 sensor. Actually I meant which sensor is the best? There's Prosport, Aem and Innovate? Which one is most popularly used. Sorry that was a little unclear.

Alot of people use the AEM and from what I've heard they are really good. The innovate one is slightly better(the word around fellow dsmers I know), I have the innovate WB but havnt installed on my car so I wouldnt be able to give feedback on it.

well luke i would check out Extremepsi.com for the wideband, and also look for reviews online about any your interested in.The nice part about dsm/mmc's is that "everything has been there and blowin up /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/devil.gif" which helps idiots like us make a better informed decision...

And well when we get it figured out we can put it in.
Along with looking for a turbo timer there cheap,Just make sure if you get one you get the harness/Or that it comes in the kit..
Call me when you have looked around and ill peep it before you buy. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif
