Someone was asking about good parts vendors today, and it got me thinking about the GOOD experiences i've had with online vendors.
I ordered off the THmotorsports.com site a couple years ago for the first time. I ordered a few things, one of which was supposed to be a 36" length of 2.5" silicone turbosmart branded hose. The hose took a bit longer than the other items to arrive, and when it did, it was only 24" long.
I sent an email off to Thmotorsports customer service and it was replied to quite expediently. They stated that it was an error on their site, and should have read as 24" length of hose for the price paid. However, they owned up to the error, and shipped (free of any charges) another 24" length of 2.5" turbosmart branded silicone hose.
Now THAT is customer service!
