The piece that is labeled "I"... is that whole piece removable? There is a nut and bolt that seem to secure it to the frame... any easy way to yank it out? I got the bolt out but couldn't get the piece to budge. I have a mounted poly bushing I want to transfer to another trailing arm...

Thanks!

Yes, beat on it with a rubber mallet rotating on each side as you go, at least that's how I did it. Took some time, but it will come out.

Have fun!

Came apart pretty easy. I clamped it in my vice and beat it off (wow that sounds bad). Thanks all!
