Rear end question?

I removed my old 3bolt to install the 4bolt but theres alittle issue hopfully not big. I cant remove one cup because one of the seals ( i guess thats what it is) is frozen into the cup from the 3bolt so I cant get to the bolt that holds the cup on. Any suggestions if anything i could take pictures tomorrow or unless someone knows what im talking about. Thanks
