Oil Relief Plug "Bolt" torque spec- Input needed

I'm looking for the torque spec to this bolt. I've searched on a few forums with no luck including this one.
It's the 22mm bolt or "plug" as its talked about in the FSM that you remove when you are going to port your oil relief hole.
Obviously this was apart on mine for this reason but now i don't know the torque spec on that bolt.
I'm afraid just tightening it may either not be enough or be too much.
I've checked in "DSMCD" manual FP sells and either it didn't cop over or its simply not there because i have a blank space where i think the spec should be.

Any help here? Wop?

Sorry I do not know the torque specs but I used a bit of blue loctite on mine and then I tightened it with about 10 lbs of trque. IIRC that oil filter housing it aluminum so you don't need to crank down on it very hard. The loctite will help keep the bolt in place. And make sure that you use a new washer.
