Where the front motor mount sits on the, the driver's side is loose. I never looked underneath the car. is this a bolt or bushing or what?

i dont know why its not showing on the pic but i edited it in photobucket. o well where the front motor mount is its on the drivers side. And goes up and down off the frame. is it missing a bolt? im to lazy to look its cold in my garage /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

There is a bushing in the end of it, and should be a stud on the car coming down through it, where a nut would hold it all together.
