Lowering Springs. Spring Rates??

I'm looking into a set of springs, for a 1G, would these spring rates work well for my galant? What would these spring rates result in on a galant, and if not good /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif, which would be ideal?

1g springs:
- Lower 2" front and 1.9" rear
- Springs rate - 335 Front and 250 Rear

 

Why not just get a set that are made specifically for the Galant VR4??
