There was a guy making Evo 3 shaped VR4 "hoods" a while back on NZMMC.
You might want to ask there, but keep saving. A custom item like that, shipped across the globe can't be cheap.

As for the Evo hood, it's really not that hard to do (at least with regard to the vents). I think mine came out pretty well (Members Rides Post), but admittedly I'd love to have the 'bulge' as well.
