After soaking my lifters in Gumout carb/tb cleaner over night only one collapsed. I'm just trying to get it back to DD status for now. Any ideas?

Make sure you are trying to depress them with the valve open... I know when I did mine it took some work to get them all to cooperate, some of the valves were very sticky, but eventually they all came loose.

I wound up working them in kerosene for a bit to get them freed up. Depress the valve and pump the thing a bunch while soaking.....Worked like a charm that way.

Yeah, I'm begining to think the carb cleaner really isn't working well on these lifters. I was thinking of using either brake cleaner or kerosene. But I can get diesel the easiest.
