lol, yeah but I'd like to see one done right and retain that lip, or else it just looks unfinished. Otherwise, I do like the US bumper, just hate how much it sticks out (stock).

I might take a stab at keeping the lip when i do mine. plastic weld or bondo or fiberglass or jb weld or rivets I'll get it done /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rofl.gif

They are on every JDM facelift (89.10 onwards) Galant or Eterna unless it's a high spec model like the VX-S where it will get the same bumper as the VR-4. The last of the NZDM Galant SE in 1992 and 1993 got the same bumper, along with other Asian markets like the Philippines, Thailand etc. I think it was just the US and Australia which didn't see that bumper as the US had the large 5mph impact bumpers while Australia retained the tin bumpers or the US bumpers for VR-4 models.

My old '91 Eterna Sava has the same bumper
