Idle Surge ????????

so i recently bought my Galant is pretty much stock except for cams and a flywheel its got some bad idle surge and i need some help on this. Sometimes its really bad sometimes its not even there its very off and on. When its bad any time i put the clutch in it will surge so low it shakes the car and then actually die on me and i have to restart it. If theres anyone who could help on this that would be awesome how do i fix this problem. thanks.

Use your search funtion or Vfaq. Try setting your BIS properly(using vfaq's grounding method). Run a boost leak test. Have you performed timing maintenance? If so check your timing.
