IDLE driving me crazy

I'm guessing you can just lose the EGR crap anyway since you have ECMlink.

How does the stall come about? If you leave it idling does it eventually just drop more and more revs until it stumbles and stalls or does the stalling occur during driving and if so, when exactly?

i have my throttle cable set right before it start opening the throttle so sometimes it catches it and it will stay at 1000( i have it set to 950, because any lower and it starts to stall)

so if i leave it idling and run inside chances are it will be dead when i come out, it start dropping rpms, more and more, also happens when im driving it will just drop all the way to 7 then catch and go to 1000 then drop all the way

Have you done a resistance check on the ISC. I believe it should be between 28-32ohms, but I could be wrong.
