High idle at cold start: 2500 rpm

Like the title says, I my car maintains 2500 RPM at cold start until it warms up.

Any suggestions? Vacuum lines on intake are plugged.

did it just start happening or did you just get the car together?

ISC, FIAV or BISS would be my guest.

edit: or throttle body shaft seals.

New engine rebuild.

New Biss screw. Cyclone intake. Stock throttle body.

what is ISC and FIAV?

the block that is on the bottom of the throttle body. the part that allows coolant to run through it.

if its a new engine build, you need to warm it up and set the idle.

Set the idle with the biss screw? I did that part. Not sure what else I can adjust.

I did replace the Throttle Position Sensor as well.

well what about the ISC and FIAV, do you have a block off plate or are you using them.
