Help with idle searching...already checked the common..

I reinstalled the safc, added 10% to my low idle and adjusted the biss. Idle will steady itself withIn a few seconds which is good. I'm not getting any reading from the tps though, just reads 0% all the time and I didn't have time to ring it out on my meter last night but I believe it's bad (or my wiring didn't make a good connection).

I'll find out today after work....I've got a parts car so if it is bad, I can swap it out and see what's doing.
