Got my valve cover back today

since a friend of mine was getting his done the guy had a deal, to where you can get a 2nd one done for half the price so this only costed me like 25 bucks to get powdercoated =) Now i can get rid of that DSM one that was originally on it.

lookin good. I could use a new vc aswell, unfortunatly, thats the least of my concerns right now...

He does, but to alleviate that problem he made a cnc jig out of an old head to keep the sand from getting inside. This guy does great work for lots of DSM guys.

on a side note, does anyone on here have custom fittings like this on their 1g? reason im asking is because im gonna do another red valve cover using this setup on my GST. just wanna ask if anyone else is running something like this and if it will clear a 1ga stock hood?

Vc looks good, does the red match the oem red color? also if you are planning to run an oil catch can setup its easier to weld fittings on the front of the vc.

Will you make a new thread when the valve cover is installed so we know what a fresh red powder coated valve cover looks like on a nile black VR4?

I don't believe anyone has put extra/larger holes in a DSM valve cover for proper crank case ventilation... ever.

yeah the red is pretty close, i picked it out myself. the other one is eventually gonna be runnin a nice custom aluminum catch tank by Calan on tuners. he does amazing work.
