got a vf34 turbo need a manifold to make it work.

any ideas on making this turbo work??

why not trade it or sell it? The amount of hassle to get almost evo3 16g performance (albeit ball bearing) seems like a huge waste of effort.

The VF34/39 aren't efficient past 21psi. I would also say to sell it unless you don't want to run more boost than that. A tuned 2.5 STi won't make much more over 300hp to the wheels with them
