I might be fabricating some thing to get some Wilwood brakes into my car. I guess my question is the 3kgt booster and Q45 necessary? How much improvement over stock?

I run blanks from Rockauto.com (brembo iirc) and KVR pads. They're a little weak for autocross but for dd they're great. Better than OE and cheaper than Porterfield or Hawk.

I'd have to say yes Alan, but it depends on the Wilwood calipers. Are you keeping two pots at the front and single pots at the rear or are you going to a four pot front and twin pot rear or even a six pot front and four pot rear? The more pots you add the more strain you are putting on the stock hydraulic system. It might still work up to a point but like I said before if you don't have enough pressure to operate the calipers properly your performance might end up worse than stock.

Your best bet is to ask Wilwood what they recommend for these particular calipers.

I sent you a PM. It is much easier to do a 5 lug swap at the same time but not absolutely necessary. I retained my 4 lug when I did mine.
