I know some of the specs on the car are a little redundant but I figured I might as well post it anyways. The car was originally from Florida, I have its formal vehicle history by way of the guys down at the local mitsu dealership. Car has absolutely no rust except a little bit on the bottom of the new door, other than that, it is completely rust free. Transfer case recall issue has already been resolved. The car is good to go as is, it's mostly stock, the only major mods would be the custom catback and suspension. I honestly don't have the time or money to invest into it, so if you want a primarily stock 1991 galant vr4 as a project car or just a daily driver, definitely consider this one.
