after getting rid of all the stock rubber bushing material and cleaning everything up. there is another inner "sleeve" if you will. not on the mustach bar just on the other bushing location. with these does that inner sleeve need removed?

I designed these with considerations for the northern cars being attacked by detroit cancer, crud or what some call rust, we don't have it here.....Figured those cars need all the steel they can get. harbor fright sells a wire wheel kit for a drill and after burning out the rubber with a map torch attack with a wire brush on the drill and then paint the sleeves or just coat with some grease/wd40 etc and press together and then press in the pin. I set tolerances so the bushing requires force to set it into place and then the pin adds even more to it to lock them into place for now on.

I've found a short piece of pipe ( steel or PVC ) a block of wood/ thick piece of metal and a 6 inch c clamp or vice is all you need to press these in. Tried to make this an easy install for the guys that don't own a shop full of tools.
