It was only $16. She also was able to put a piece of tape over the fob and a pen in the machine so we could do a few test runs and get everything centered before actually engraving anything.

Question...If I get it laser etched, will the numbers show as well as the dash plaque? The engraver guy said that it depends on the material that the fob is made out of.

I don't think laser etching will show up as nicely as traditional engraving.
