is it the whole rear window? if so is the rear defogger circuit good?

No it's a sun shade that pulls up and clips to the back. Doesn't interfere with the window defroster at all

Well if I can sell this for my asking price and my roof racks, Ill have enough money to grab an alternator, tool for tensioner pulley, an to fix my leak coming from my axle.

IF I remember correctly, the other board member had his for sale for 3 and change a few month ago. Here's another picture of it on the car. I'm not near my car so I can't take other picture at the moment
