Yes, these are for the GVR-4. If I had time to run by the paint and body shop, I'd mock them up for you, but I'm packaging them now to ship to the buyer. They appear to be Belize Green if I had to guess. I've never seen Kensington Grey in person, but this definitely looks Belize Green. They've never been installed since the 3M backing doesn't look to have ever been peeled off, and the paint on it looks mint. I basically found it in a box with #924 when I purchased it years ago.(Just now sifting through everything to sell)
