What turbo is the oil return for? Would you do 30 shipped for that and the aluminum throttle body elbow?

I'm actually not sure what turbo it was for, I got it with the shell when I bought it. I would do 40 shipped, because I'm guessing it will have to go in a medium flat rate box which is around 13 bucks

Is the compressor housing inlet tampered where it has been ported? Can you put a dial caliper to both sides to show the actual size?
